Resource Localization Gui (also known as RLGui) is the perfect complement to translate help files from one application to another. It lets you edit each of the tokens that form a file.

The tokens in Resource Localization Gui can be classified by type (menu, string, dialog, version, etc) or by status (Not translated, Translated, Read Only). It lets you save the changes you make and return to edit them when you like.

For Resource Localization Gui to run correctly you need to previously install Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime.
